FAQ

Can I exchange my item?

We will exchange a product if it has NOT been worn or washed. All our underwear is sold new, therefore for Hygiene and Health Safety, we cannot accept any return item if it has been worn or washed. Should you wish to make a return please contact customerservice@toyboi.com.au with your order number and product description,  let us know why you wish to exchange your item ( or return ). Any faulty items will be exchanged or refunded  as requested if we made an error making your item. 

 

What are my postage costs to exchange an item ?

It is up to the purchaser to pay for postage costs if an item is to be exchanged. If an item is faulty, we will refund postage costs and purchase costs after assessment,  please always contact customerservice@toyboi.com.au prior to sending any items to make appropriate arrangements.  Please address any exchange to: TOYBOI, 1 Farmers Place Moss Vale NSW 2577 Australia. We recommend that if you do seek an exchange you send your item registered post to ensure it reaches us. We cannot be responsible for any return that was not registered. Please note that any refund offered to you is sent back via your original purchase method. 

 

What are my postage costs when I order an item?

Postage is FREE to most countries - countries that do not deliver registered or tracked items are not free and you must pay for the cost of shipping ( usually about $8.00 AUD ) Please check your purchase order to verify - If postage is free there will be no postage fee on checkout. When you order an item we will ship it right away or by close of business on each business day other than public holidays.  Items to most countries are sent via registered mail. Some countries have import and customs duties, clearances, taxes etc. We will endeavour to take all care to ensure you do not pay any extra costs however it is not the responsibility of Toyboi to pay additional costs,  should this arise, any additional cost must be paid by you. 

 

Can I have express postage? 

Yes , however any item you request to be shipped outside of our free shipping service via private courier , or alternate delivery service other than our own must be paid by you. We use Australia Post shipping and international as a free service to you only. Your item must be signed for at the receiving end,  ensuring you received your item. If you would like express delivery via private courier services always contact customerservice@toyboi.com.au prior to your purchase so we can exclude standard shipping costs and calculate the new costs after you have chosen your preferred courier. 

 

When will you ship my item?

All items are shipped daily and depending on your country/location can take anywhere from 2 to 10 days to arrive. In Australia out local delivery usually takes one day. If you have questions or are unsure of anything always feel free to contact customerservice@toyboi.com.au for help. 

 

Where does my information go to and payment information?

We do not collect your credit card details and never will, we will never ask you for your passwords or other information that is not required for your purchase. The only information we will ask you to provide to us is a delivery address so you can receive your items and sign for them. We will never sell, distribute, give away, incorrectly dispose of, trade, exchange or ever enter into inappropriate use of your information. We treat all information you provide to us with the highest regard to security and privacy as our valued customers!!

Care for your item:

  • Always ensure your items are washed as separate from other colours and clothing. 
  • Always wash with cool to warm water on a gentle wash. 
  • NEVER use a HOT IRON! 
  • Only some items can be ironed, always check your individual care label for instructions. 
  • Dry in a cool place. 
  • Never tumble dry. 
  • Do not roll up or keep them stored when wet.
  • Do not Bleach! 
  • Do not ring your underwear out
  • Do not dry clean
  • Avoid rough or abrasive surfaces

 

These steps will ensure that you keep your underwear looking great at all times and provide good durability wear and tear.
